Flat and low-slope roofs need different materials and different skills — water doesn't run off, so the membrane has to be perfect. We install and repair EPDM rubber and membrane systems on additions, porches, garages, and commercial buildings.
If a flat section keeps leaking after repeated patching, we'll assess whether the membrane is repairable or done.
